Hi. I'm new to sourdough starter/bread. I made my sourdough starter January 11, this year. Before that I tried but at 13 day it grew mold. Currently I'm experimenting with different things. I'm seeing results in burger buns, pizzas,naan and pita +wrap but difficulty pulling pull man(I guess it's called that) sourdough bread. I'm Bangladeshi, so concept of sourdough Is new to me or us( I'm 25- I heard it last year through yt). I'm not sure but I'm afraid I'm the only one or among 0.1 % of people using sourdough. The teste is good but sourness is weird, so I'm not making loaf often (my 14 month old boy loves the sourness so sometimes I bake a loaf) Problem is I have only Samsung convection microwave oven and air fryer but both have 200°c limit and about the loaf it tears,All side,like top and bottom separate even if I score or not.
